Stalling Information

  • All Horse and Tack stalls are $125/stall.
  • Full payment is required to reserve stalls. Checks will be deposited on April 1st, 2017.
  • Cancellation of stall(s) by April 24, 2017 will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. No refund for cancellations after April 24. Show Management will attempt to fill stalls from the waiting list.  Any unused stalls will be charged the full amount.
  • Stalls will be assigned first to our sponsors then on a first come, first serve basis. We will put up tents with temporary stalls in addition to the 498 permanent stalls.  The convenience of the tented stalls to parking, the warm up arenas, better  air quality and fewer distractions, make them an attractive addition to our show.
  • We do not encourage individuals to sublet stalls.  However, if you sublet stalls, please notify Show Management.  Notify Show Management of any stalls that are not needed. Show management will assist in filling vacant stalls.
  • Show management may approve refund if vacant stalls are filled by another party.
  • Stall move in begins on Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 8:00 AM (CST)
  • Check out by Noon on Monday May 08, 2017.
  • Pre-ordered shavings will be delivered to stalls before arrival
  • Shavings are $7.50/bag
